Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied.

Electronic items (Cameras, Business Machines, Computers, GPS and Monitors) can be returned or exchanged up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure you have the original packaging, all components and original sales receipt when you return it to our store.

Any other items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or credit. Just bring in your original sales receipt and the item in saleable condition in the original packaging with all components. 

Returning software? If you're returning defective software and the box has been opened, you may exchange for the exact same product only.

If your purchase included a mail-in rebate, we reserve the right to deduct the amount of the rebate from your refund.
